Jewelry Care

Everyday Care:

• Last on, first off: Put your jewelry on after applying lotions, perfumes, or makeup, and take it off before bedtime.

• Keep it dry: Water, sweat, and chemicals can wear down the plating. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

• Gentle handling: Avoid tugging or bending your pieces—they’ll thank you with a longer life.

Cleaning Tips:

• Soft touch only: Wipe your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and dust.

• Skip harsh cleaners: No jewelry dips or abrasive cloths—these can strip away the plating over time.

• Occasional refresh: If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with warm water and gently wipe, then dry thoroughly.

Storage:

• Separate & safe: Store each piece in its own pouch or box to prevent scratches.

• Cool & cozy: Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight and humidity—your nightstand drawer is perfect.

• We accept Debit/Credit Cards via PayPal, and LBC Cash on Delivery for your convenience.

Shipping

• We carefully quality-check every order before shipping to the customer. Each jewelry is carefully placed in a thick jewelry box, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bigger box to prevent any physical damage.

• To ensure the safety and timely delivery, we chose LBC to deliver your order.

• Flat Rate Nationwide Shipping: ₱150

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Manila: up to 3-5 days

  • Luzon: up to 5 days

  • Visayas: up to 7 days

  • Mindanao: up to 7 days

• Upon receiving the item, please make sure to capture a video before opening the parcel.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused, unworn, and in their original jewelry box packaging. If the item has been worn (especially earrings), it will not be eligible for returns/refund due to hygiene purposes.

• If you receive a faulty item, we’ll replace or refund it immediately. Please send us the captured unboxing video and take photos of the defective item/s. Send the video and photo to us via email (hello@statementsandcojewelrycom). The return details will be sent to you via email as well.

• We will notify you as soon as we receive and checked the item. You will be informed of the approval status of your refund. If the item and packaging is in good condition, you will receive a refund for the full amount of your order.

Warranty Policy
